About Sizzle

SpinJam - Poi - Instruction - Performance I am Sizzle - a San Diego based fire performer and poi spinning instructor. In early 2003, I began spinning poi as a means to get in shape after the birth of my daughter.

Within a year, I had lost all of my “baby weight” and more…. I was in the best shape of my life! In 2005, I began my career as a fire dance performer. I love to inspire audiences with the passion and enthusiasm that I have for my art.

The positive effects that poi spinning and fire dancing have had on my life (physically, mentally and spiritually) are beyond measure. I feel compelled to share what I have learned with others in the hopes that they will benefit as well.

I teach classes for beginning, intermediate and advanced techniques. I am also available for private instruction.
