Collected Membership Fees of $35

The following people paid at 'Least' the $35 Camping Fee...

In addition $37.00 was donated by VikingJim of Lost Penguins and $10.00 from 2003...That brought the Grand Total to $1,697

The $1,697 was spent as follows:

$150 ---- Pots/Pans/Propane/Gas

$175 --- Community Kitchen Items -Tarps/Dishwashing Items, Shower Items

$280 --- 20x20 Shade Structure

$350 ---- On-Playa Ice

What does that all mean...Well we have a $35 balance towards '05.

Additional expenses from this year not seen in previous years included the 20x20 Shade for the HCW and needed Community Kitchen supplies, and since we had a Generator that actually worked this year, the additional costs of Gasoline...We spent $30 more this year on Ice

I hope that everyone thought they got their monies worth in available snacks & kitchen resources....

We calculated for 3 snacks per person per day and we left the Playa with NOT very much after many of you took some for the ride home
