I am a experimental memeticist, a vanguard funologist and a dime-store revolutionary.  [if some of these words looks unfamiliar, it is likely because I made them up.]  I come to BM equal part anthropologist, propagandist and lifestyle terrorist. 

The way to save the world is by building the better party.  We are a social movement first and political some time later.  If we can successfully model authentic joyful behavior then almost everyone will ask us what we are about and/or consider if they should join us.

I’ve been to BM twice before 2001 and last year. This is my quite likely my last year.  As much as i love the playa, there are other festivals to investigate, with the ultimate objective of developing two new elemental festivals. 

• Flowing Woman is healing and spiritually focused decentralized water festival, held on a shore which will permit the dramatic launching of many small rafts for the integrating ritual. 
• Cities in the Sky is an air festival likely held in NE Missouri (where we have several intentional community comrades and gale force winds).in which the participants construct windmill towers (which host turbines that generate energy and revenue for the host community), kites, hot air balloons, frisbee and hacky sack events .

For the last decade I have lived at Twin Oaks intentional community in rural Virginia.  We grow our own food, run our own businesses, build our own buildings and share virtually everything.  No keys, no wallets, no watches – it aint paradise, but on a good day you can see it from here.  I live there with my poly family – Hawina, Sky and 6 year old Willow.

I am doing 5 workshops at Burning Man this year, most  of which I did last year:

·          Honest Seduction (w/ Sabrina)

·         Love Letter Clinic

·         Decoding Jealousy (w/ Angie)

·         Intentional Communities (w/ Tree)

·         Funology (w/ Tobias). 

Most of these are being hosted by Poly Paradise.

I have influenced 5 people to come to Burning Man by buying them some combination of tickets, flights and PP fees.

I am blessed to be at the Burn with several of my romantic intimates: Tree, Angie, Patty, Tobias and Sabrina.  Tree, Tobias and Angie are at PP. Patty is probably at Contact and Sabrina is just one step ahead of that dust devil.
