Fortunately, I rarely throw logs and I'm non-violent and vegetarian to boot.

Why Burning Man? There is no place with as much inherent fun and mischief as BM. The PP is a great place to chow and wow, full of good people.
Volunteer on the Playa? I'm a freelance helper. Service with a smile. Need a ride from Reno to the Playa on the 28th? I have room for 1 or 2, depending on the gear load. Prefer nominally sane passengers. No other requirements.
Art Projects? This year, yes, a modest one. I won't say what in case it's a disaster.
My Life? I'm the rope that holds it all together where I live. The rope is usually pulled way too tight. At times like BM, I can slacken it a bit. The pic is me, on the Playa... partially playa dust, partially me.
